Introducing Karin and Natalie to the sales team
Two aspects we’ve always prized ourselves on is our in-depth real estate knowledge and delivering outstanding customer service.
As a family run business, we are committed to ensuring we have the right people in our team to deliver this.
Which is why we are absolutely delighted to welcome two brilliant new members to our sales team, Karin (Kaz) McIver and Natalie (Nat) Wholert.
Like many of our sales team, they bring with them a wealth of experience from other industries, but what they have in common is a passion for property and a commitment to ensuring our customers have the best experience and outcome.
About Kaz
Kaz’s career has been defined by a passion for business, and with her extensive experience in sales, she has a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Over the past 30 years, she has established and sold several successful businesses, including hair salons, and the business she created with her husband, Wheel Change U, a mobile tyre business, which they franchised in 2015, and finally sold towards the end of last year.
With a lifelong fascination for property, Kaz is excited to bring her wealth of experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to help people achieve their real estate goals.
“I love for working with people, and thrive on building lasting relationships and exceeding expectations, ensuring that every client receives personalised attention and expert guidance throughout their own real estate journey,” she says.
About Nat
With over 28 years of retail management experience and a solid foundation in banking, Nat also has a diverse wealth of expertise behind her. As a retail sales manager, she honed her skills in client relations, strategic planning, and team leadership, and from her position as customer service adviser in the banking sector, Nat has a solid understanding of financial services and delivering customer-focused solutions.
With this varied background, Nat is keen to deliver exceptional service and personalised real estate solutions.
“As a mother, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home for families and individuals alike, and likewise, the emotional aspects of selling a home. In my new role, I am deeply committed to integrity, professionalism, and achieving the best outcome for people, and am very much looking forward to helping people navigate the real estate market and find their dream home,” she says.
Investing in staff
Being one of Newcastle’s longest established real estate office, while we have seen the industry change over the years, our values haven’t; we believe in delivering outstanding service and creating new trends and practices in buying, selling, renting, strata and asset management.
This is why we invest in our staff, providing in-house training to industry (and above!) standards, imparting our knowledge of the local market, and nurturing the essential soft skills needed for real estate, such as developing creative thinking, problem-solving, the importance of communications and conflict-management skills.
This is also why, unlike other agencies, we have a low turnover of staff.
We’re really excited to welcome Kaz and Nat to the team, and we are very much looking forward to bringing some of their creative sales strategies to the Andriessens unique sales toolkit.
Both will be a real asset to our team and we’re sure our clients will benefit hugely from their experience and knowledge.
